Has anyone had the proctoring application that Study.com uses for the Final blocked by the new IT security ( ThreatLocker) on the company Laptop? I can't take the Final due to this. Has anyone had any luck with IT getting it resolved? I am still waiting to hear back from IT.

Hi Shamirk,
Have you heard back from IT? This would be the only way to bypass the system. Also, you must not be connected to a JetBlue network when taking exams - you can be on wifi, but not docked or connected directly into the JetBlue system.

Yes, I was able to get a hold of someone from IT and they removed the block they had on it. I took an exam on the 24th and no longer had any issues.
