Has anyone ever taken a quiz find out that all listed answers to pick from one question are counted as false? That happened to me. I completed a quiz where one of the questions in the quiz was incorrect after taking the quiz 4 times and each choice for one of the questions was marked as false. I passed my chapter quiz with an 80 but should have received 100. It's bad enough that study.com is full of spelling mistakes and the ones I caught have been reported. Has anyone experienced my issue?

I actually encountered a similar issue and reported it. As you say, their spelling is terrible, end even some of the lecturers use words that are either erroneous or used incorrect tenses, making a fact, contradictory to itself.
I reported the issue, in addition to asking some questions and not once, have they responded to my emails... Very unfortunate and frustrating; to say the least!!!

I had the same issue. I went back and checked but couldn't believe the quiz said I was wrong. I also did it 4 times but should have had a 100 the second take. I thank you for bringing this up because I didn't know we can do a ticket. Upsetting that both of us experienced this, but it's good we are communicating. Did you experience this on study.com? Also, was it intro to sociology?

I submitted a ticket and got credit for the question I properly answered.
Its frustrating. If I am studying I seek nothing but proper lessons. Its not up to me to teach. I am just supposed to sit back and learn. Another issue I have encountered is when you are viewing a question you answered wrong you have to review the segment of the lesson in the video you just watched. Most of the time the review answer is not properly queued in the video.
