I am trying to start my final exam today, but for over and hour I have been trying to confirm my ID on the live proctor site and it just doesn't show up in the box when I take the photo. I contacted their support but it is currently unavailable. I am afraid to continue without the photo of my ID as it says it can result in failure if it's not clear. Mine would be blank. Does anyone know what I should do? I need to take the exam today.
