Thank you for letting us know this. I had the same experience, but at this time the internet connection crashed I was waiting for technical support for 10 min to help me connect again. luckily,  I had the idea to open PSI again and enter my exam code, which worked perfectly. I was able to resume were I was left.Let see how the results are since we had this issue.
