Information Literacy

Has anyone taken The TESU Information Literacy required course? I'm curious as to what I should expect.

I haven't taken it yet either but I was just talking to my coach and she was saying most people who did it have given it very positive reviews. I know this doesn't help much but thought I'd share the positive review to help you look forward to it.

Hi Chelsea,

I took the TESU Information Literacy course last January. It is not a hard course, but you should keep in mind that there are due dates and participation requirements throughout the course. Make sure you are paying a lot of attention to the course schedule and you should be just fine. I found it really helpful to download the schedule of due dates to my phone calendar with alerts so that I didn't miss anything. It was also helpful to read through each syllabus for the written assignments prior to completing them.

If you need any help, let me know. The platform can be a little confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it you will do just fine.
